RIP Sister Lydia.

Another  sad day for us at St Edith's towers as we have to report that our beloved Sister Lydia passed away on Saturday evening - ironically St Michael's Day.

She will be sadly missed by us all from St Edith's, a huge void in our lives. 
Funeral details will be posted here and on our facebook site as soon as they are known.

    The funeral of Sister Lydia will be at St Michael's Convent, 56 Ham Co
    Common, Richmond, Surrey. RW10 7JH.

    The service with will be held in the Chapel at 2.00pm. there will be refesments in the refectory afterwards.

    I really dont like this horrible feeling of knowing I will never see her again, I will so miss the talks on the phone and her letters. I know she is in a better place now and her suffering is over, Lydia rarely complained and just got on with it, I will try and be strong like her.
